/arch-refactor
ArchitectureUser-invoked

Maintenance pass: find modules that should go deeper, review them in an HTML report, then stress-test the one you choose.

You want a focused refactor or architecture improvement pass on an existing codebase.

  • An existing codebase with suspected deepening debt.
  1. Invoke /arch-refactor and describe the area to scan (or let it explore).
  2. Open the HTML report in the OS temp directory when it is written.
  3. Pick a candidate; answer the grill questions.
  4. Hand off to /align or /dev for the chosen deepening work.

You have a report plus a grilled candidate and a clear next skill (/align or /dev).

Codebase with deepening debt
Downstream
/align or /dev on the chosen candidate

Not greenfield architecture vocabulary — that is model-invoked `arch`. Does not implement by default (/dev).
