Prerequisites

  • Working tree is the ai-kit repo (or a fork) with a skill/agent path to improve.

How to use

  1. Invoke /craft and name the skill or agent file (e.g. `skills/reqs/SKILL.md`).
  2. Ask for sprawl, no-ops, or invocation review as needed.
  3. Apply the suggested edits; keep the process predictable, not the output identical.
  4. Commit skill changes when ready.

Done when

The skill or agent file is tighter, invocation is correct, and no silent no-ops remain in the playbook.
