When alignment is done, synthesize the chat into a lean PRD and create the tracker issue. No PM interview round.

When to use

After /align when decisions are settled and you want a published PRD issue quickly.

Prerequisites

  • /setup completed for this repo (tracker + auth via `gh` or configured CLI).
  • An aligned chat (or settled decisions) ready to synthesize — not a blank discovery session.

How to use

  1. In the same chat where you aligned, invoke /to-prd.
  2. Confirm the lean PRD draft the agent proposes.
  3. Approve publishing — the skill creates the tracker issue (no extra interview).
  4. Save the issue link, then continue with /to-issues or /design.

Done when

A lean PRD issue exists on the tracker and you have its URL or number.

  • Gaps remaining? Stop and run /reqs — /to-prd will not renegotiate scope.
