/triage
TriageUser-invoked

Process raw GitHub issues until they are verified and ready for /dev, with briefs agents can follow.

The backlog has unverified issues, or you need `ready-for-agent` briefs before implementation.

  • /setup done with triage label mapping.
  • Raw or unverified issues already on the tracker.
  1. Invoke /triage — ask what needs attention or name an issue (e.g. #42).
  2. Confirm category, verification, and any grill questions.
  3. Accept the agent brief when the issue reaches `ready-for-agent`.
  4. Hand the brief to /dev.

Target issues are categorized, verified, and either `ready-for-agent` or parked out of scope with a reason.

Upstream
Raw GitHub issues
Downstream
/dev → /code-review

Does not split a PRD into new issues — that is /to-issues. Needs /setup first.
